We chose to take a radical path to inclusive course design by engaging in an authentic and meaningful approach we call a Justice Partnership; our team, Life Sciences Liberation (\u2018LS Lib\u2019), centers and empowers Black womxn-identifying students. Our process is a pedagogical partnership and is grounded in principles of design justice. Come hear about our process and ongoing work!<\/p>\n<p>Pedagogical partnerships: Instructor-student partnerships that draw on student experiential knowledge to challenge institutional norms &amp; practices, while also helping them navigate such a system (Cook-Sather et al, 2020).<\/p>\n<p>Design justice: an approach to design that centers marginalized communities and aims explicitly to challenge, rather than reproduce, structural inequalities (Costanza-Chock, 2020).<\/p>\n<\/div>\n<\/div>\n<\/div>\n<div id=\"text-2558913119\" class=\"text\">Following the Ed Talks, we will be having
