As higher education grapples with a shifting student demographic, increased numbers of adjunct faculty, and growing skepticism about the value of a college degree, we see the TEP as a timely, effective, affordable, and accessible way to address these challenges. Participants will receive supporting data, take-away resources to support instructors on your campus, and details about upcoming faculty cohorts in the TE Program which includes access to MERLOT\u2019s e-portfolio platform.<\/p>\n

Transformative Learning has been around for decades (Mezirow, 1978; Cranton, 2006) but there\u2019s been a renewal of interest in recent years as a result of measurable impacts that demonstrate its capacity to advance teaching and learning (in the US and abroad).
